Christine Russo-Mayer, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Christine Russo-Mayer, a dedicated professional in audiology, established CRM Audiology, PC, in 2005 with a vision centered around family-oriented hearing health care. Her journey began with academic achievements at Lehman College, CUNY, where she earned her BS and MS degrees, followed by a Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) from the University of Florida. Licensed in Audiology and hearing aid dispensing in New York, Dr. Russo-Mayer upholds clinical excellence through ASHA certification and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
Her expertise spans the spectrum of hearing loss assessment and treatment across all ages, specializing passionately in the assessment and treatment of auditory processing disorders. Dr. Russo-Mayer’s commitment extends beyond her practice; she collaborates extensively with audiologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, ENTs, and school districts in New York and Connecticut. Her collaboration with Listening Partners enriches early intervention and school-based services throughout the region.
Dr. Russo-Mayer’s personal life underscores her dedication to family, having been happily married to Paul since 2001 and cherishing her roles as a mother to Jenna and Jayson. This personal belief infuses CRM Audiology, PC, with a warm, supportive environment akin to familial care, ensuring every patient receives the same level of attention and compassion she would extend to her own loved ones.
Dr. Lindsay Brown joined CRM Audiology in 2021. Dr. Brown graduated magna cum laude with research distinction from The Ohio State University, where she majored in Speech and Hearing Sciences. She went on to receive her Audiology Doctorate from CUNY, The Graduate Center. Dr. Brown is certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association as she knows the importance of remaining up to date on the latest research and best practices. Prior to working at CRM Audiology, she was the primary audiologist at two locations of Hearing Health USA where she specialized in the appropriate fitting of digital hearing aids and worked with a wide variety of hearing aid manufacturers. She was an Audiology Fellow at the Westchester Institute for Human Development and has completed externships at the Brooklyn Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center and the Rose F. Kennedy Children’s Evaluation and Rehabilitation Center (CERC).
Dr. Brown has diverse audiologic clinical experience including pediatric and adult audiology. Dr. Brown’s primary focus is providing the most effective patient-centered care for individuals of all ages with hearing loss including comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, auditory processing evaluations, counseling, and the selection and fitting of hearing aids. Dr. Brown recognizes the importance of hearing health and looks forward to helping her patients as a member of the CRM Audiology family.

Kelly Racanelli
Administrative Assistant
Kelly Racanelli is the Administrative Assistant of the practice. She handles the day-to-day business tasks as well as patient care coordination. Kelly will assist you in scheduling your appointments for hearing tests, hearing aid consultations and fittings, auditory processing evaluations, and early intervention appointments. Kelly works hand in hand with all of the doctors to ensure our patients have an exceptional experience from the first encounter at CRM Audiology.
